Our grass fed/grass-finished cooking tallow is shelf-stable for at least a year and has a smoke point of 400-420 degrees, making it the perfect oil with which to cook and bake. Tallow is made of healthy fat that is rich with nutrients and offers vitamin A, D, E, K and B1. While seed oils cause inflammation and are generally not a healthy choice, tallow nourishes the body.
